Complimentary Tote Bag - Terms and Conditions of the Offer

1. Purpose of the initiative

The promotion provides that, upon reaching a minimum purchase threshold of €250, or the equivalent amount applicable to the shipping country according to the table of local currency thresholds indicated on this page, the customer will receive a La Martina Tote Bag with a commercial value of €39 as a complimentary gift.

The offer is valid exclusively for purchases made online on the official La Martina website by retail customers.

2. Duration of the initiative

The promotion is valid from 00:00 on 02/04/2026 until 23:59 on 06/04/2026, while stocks last.

3. How to participate

The gift is automatically added to the cart when:

• the cart value reaches or exceeds the required minimum threshold;
• all the conditions indicated on this page are met.

The applicable minimum threshold is determined based on the shipping country selected by the customer at the time of the order.

The offer is valid once per customer and per order only.

4. Minimum threshold in local currency

For countries with a currency other than the euro, the minimum spending threshold required to benefit from the gift is determined in the local currency of the shipping country, according to the table below.

The thresholds indicated have been rounded up and are fixed for the entire duration of the initiative.

5. Gift availability

The promotion is valid while stocks last.

In the event that the gift becomes unavailable, La Martina reserves the right to:

• replace the gift with an item of equal value; or
• cancel the promotion by informing the customer in advance.

6. Returns and right of withdrawal

If the customer returns the entire order, the gift must be returned together with the purchased items. Otherwise, the amount of €39, or the corresponding value in the order currency where applicable, will be deducted from the refund.

If the customer returns only part of the order:

• if the value of the items kept after the return remains equal to or above the minimum threshold applicable to the shipping country, the gift does not need to be returned;
• if the value of the items kept after the return falls below the minimum threshold applicable to the shipping country, the customer must return the Tote Bag or authorize the deduction of €39, or the corresponding value in the order currency where applicable, from the refund.

7. Gift requirements

The gift:

• cannot be replaced or converted into cash;
• cannot be sold separately under preferential conditions;
• is provided as a promotional gift in compliance with the applicable tax regulations.

8. Changes to the initiative

La Martina reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time, while guaranteeing the rights of customers who have already completed a valid order within the validity period of the initiative.

9. Transparency and fairness

The promotion is managed in compliance with the regulations applicable to online sales and consumer protection.
