The promotion offers customers a complimentary La Martina Tote Bag valued at €39 when they reach a minimum purchase amount of €250.
The offer is valid exclusively for online purchases made on the official La Martina website and intended for retail customers.
2. Duration of the initiative
The promotion is valid from 00:00 on 01/12/2025 until 23:59 on 01/12/2025, while stocks last.
3. Participation rules
The complimentary item will be automatically added to the cart when:
- the cart value reaches or exceeds the required minimum amount;
- all conditions listed on this page are met.
The offer is valid once per customer and per order.
4. Availability of the complimentary item
The promotion is valid while stocks last.
If the item is unavailable, La Martina reserves the right to:
- replace the gift with an item of equivalent value; or
- cancel the promotion and inform the customer in advance.
5. Returns and right of withdrawal
If the customer returns the entire order:
The complimentary item must be returned along with the purchased products.
If not returned, €39 will be deducted from the refund.
If the customer returns only part of the order:
If the value of the items kept after the return:
- remains equal to or above €250 → the complimentary item does not need to be returned.
- drops below €250 → the customer must return the Tote Bag or authorize a €39 deduction from the refund.
6. Requirements for the complimentary item
The complimentary item:
- cannot be exchanged or converted into cash;
- cannot be sold separately under special conditions;
- is considered a “promotional gift” in accordance with applicable Swiss tax regulations.
7. Changes to the initiative
La Martina reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time, while safeguarding the rights of customers who have already placed valid orders.
8. Transparency and fairness
The promotion is managed in compliance with regulations applicable to online sales and consumer protection.
