Return Policy
We understand that sometimes a product may not be exactly what you expected. Don't worry, we are here to help you! You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to make a return.
For orders placed before 03/20/2025 at 9:00 AM
For all orders placed before 03/20/2025 at 09:00, return requests must be sent to our customer service by emailing customercare@lamartina.eu. In these cases, the return will be at the customer's expense, according to the previous sales conditions.

Return Shipping Costs
We are pleased to inform you that return shipping is completely free! Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want to make the return process as simple and convenient as possible for you. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items at no additional cost.
How to Make a Return
Access the Return Portal: Go to the following link: Return Portal
Enter Order Details: Enter your order ID and email address to identify your purchase.
Fill Out the Return Form: Complete all required fields, indicating the products you wish to return and the reasons for the return. This will help us improve our service and products.
Print the Return Label: Once the form is completed, download and print the prepaid shipping label.
Pack the Items: Ensure the products are in their original condition, complete with tags and packaging. Place them securely in a package.
Attach the Return Label: Affix the prepaid shipping label to the package in a visible manner.
Ship the Package: Take the package to the courier indicated on the return label.
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process the refund to your original payment method within a few business days.
Refund
As soon as we receive your return, we will review it quickly. If everything is OK, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Defective or damaged products
If you have received a faulty or damaged product, we are very sorry. Contact us immediately at customercare@lamartina.eu with details and a photo of the defect or damage. We will do our best to resolve the problem as soon as possible, offering you a replacement or a full refund.
