Return Policy
We understand that sometimes a product may not be exactly what you expected. Don't worry, we are here to help you! You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to make a return.
How to make a return
- Log in or create a new account: Go to the account page and use the same email address you used to place your order.
- Verify your email: After entering your email address, you will receive a 6-digit code in your inbox. Enter this code to access your account.
- Log into your account: Use your credentials to log in.
- Select the order to return: Go to the "Orders" section, choose the order you want to return, and click on "Make a Return."
- Confirmation and instructions: You will receive a confirmation email with all the instructions to proceed with the return.
- Choose the carrier: Choose a carrier of your choice for the return. Carefully pack the items and attach the provided return address label. Take the package to the selected carrier's drop-off point.
The cost of the return is the responsibility of the customer. For more information or assistance, do not hesitate to contact our customer service.
Refund
As soon as we receive your return, we will review it quickly. If everything is OK, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Defective or damaged products
If you have received a faulty or damaged product, we are very sorry. Contact us immediately at customercare@lamartina.eu with details and a photo of the defect or damage. We will do our best to resolve the problem as soon as possible, offering you a replacement or a full refund.
Return costs
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or damaged. In this case, we will cover all shipping costs.
